An HTML signature works in almost any email app that supports HTML. If your app is not listed, use the method that matches how that app stores signatures.

Apps with an HTML or source field
Thunderbird, Zoho, eM Client, Spark and Roundcube are in this group. Copy the code from your downloaded HTML file and paste it into that field. Turn on the HTML or source option before you paste.

Apps with a normal signature box
Most webmail and current desktop apps are in this group. Open the downloaded file in Chrome, Edge or Firefox, select all, copy, and paste the signature as it looks.
Phone apps that have no HTML field usually need the signature installed on a computer first. Email it to yourself, then copy it on the phone.
