Zoho Mail

Install an HTML email signature

Zoho Mail has a source-code view, so you paste the HTML code. Zoho does not handle emoji in signatures well, so leave emoji out of the design.

  1. Copy the signature code

Download your HTML signature file from your company signature page. Open it in a plain text editor: Notepad on Windows, or TextEdit set to plain text on Mac (Format → Make Plain Text). Select all and copy the code.

  2. Open Zoho signature settings

    1. Click the Settings gear, then Signature.
    2. Click +, and name it Work signature.
    3. On the editor toolbar, click Insert HTML. Older Zoho layouts hide this under More options → Edit Html.
  3. Paste the code

    1. Delete any default content in the source view and paste your HTML.
    2. Click Apply changes, then Save.
    3. Associate the signature with the From address you send from, and set it as the default if Zoho asks.
    4. Compose a test email.
