This is Outlook.com, also called Outlook on the web. Paste the signature as it looks, not the raw code.
-
Copy the signature as it looks
Download your HTML signature file from your company signature page.
- Open the file in Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Leave Safari for this step. It can change the formatting when you copy.
- Click the signature, select all with Ctrl+A (Windows) or Cmd+A (Mac), then copy with Ctrl+C or Cmd+C.
Copy the signature as it looks. If you paste the raw code into a normal signature box, the email will show the code instead of the design.
-
Open the signature settings
- Click the Settings gear.
- Select the account under Accounts → Signatures. Older layouts use Mail → Compose and reply.
- Click Add signature (some builds say + New signature) and name it Work signature.
-
Set a base font, then paste
Click inside the signature box and set a base font first, for example Arial, 10pt. That stops Outlook overriding your styles. Then paste with Ctrl+V or Cmd+V.
Set Work signature as the default for new messages, and for replies and forwards if you want it there. Click Save and start a new message to test.
