Mailbird

Install an HTML email signature

M

Mailbird for Windows wants the signature as it looks in a browser, not the raw HTML source.

  1. Copy the signature as it looks

Download your HTML signature file from your company signature page.

    • Open the file in Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Leave Safari for this step. It can change the formatting when you copy.
    • Click the signature, select all with Ctrl+A (Windows) or Cmd+A (Mac), then copy with Ctrl+C or Cmd+C.

Copy the signature as it looks. If you paste the raw code into a normal signature box, the email will show the code instead of the design.

  2. Open Identities

    1. Open Menu → Settings (or press Ctrl+,).
    2. Open the Identities tab.
    3. Select the account and click Edit.
  3. Paste and save

Paste into the signature editor with Ctrl+V. Click OK or Save, close Settings, and compose a test email.
