Current Spark for Mac pastes HTML code in Composer → Signatures. The HTML button is at the bottom right of the editor. Windows Spark uses the same path.

Copy the signature code
Download your HTML signature file from your company signature page. Open it in a plain text editor: Notepad on Windows, or TextEdit set to plain text on Mac (Format → Make Plain Text). Select all and copy the code.
-
Open Spark signature settings
- Open Spark Settings (press Cmd+, on Mac).
- Select Composer → Signatures.
- Click Create Signature.
- Click HTML at the bottom right and paste the code.
- Click Save. Under Default Signature, choose it for your account.
Older Spark Classic: use Spark → Settings → Signatures, turn on Enable Signatures, click +, then HTML at the top right.
-
Check it
Compose a test email. A signature created here also syncs to Spark on iPhone and Android when you use the same Spark account.
