Install an HTML email signature

Spark on iPhone can store an HTML signature. Getting the code onto the phone takes one extra step.

  1. Open the HTML signature box

    In Spark, tap the menu → Settings → Signatures. Turn on Use Email Signatures, tap Add Signature, then tap HTML at the top right. Leave this screen open.

  2. Method 1: Universal Clipboard

    1. On your Mac, copy the signature code from the downloaded HTML file. Universal Clipboard must be on between the Mac and the iPhone.
    2. On the iPhone, press and hold in the HTML box and tap Paste.
    3. Tap Default for and tick your email address.

  3. Method 2: email the file

    1. Email the downloaded HTML file to yourself and open it on the iPhone.
    2. Open the attachment, select all of the code, and copy.
    3. Back in Spark’s HTML box, paste, then set Default for your account.

    Compose a new email to check the signature.
