Desktop devices
macOS
- Apple Mail
- Spark Mail
- Outlook for Mac – Requires a plugin called HTML Email Signature – Outlook for $2.99 to install an HTML signature
Windows
Browser-based
- Gmail – just copy and paste into the signature box
iPhone Mail app
- Send an email from yourself to your phone with the new signature attached. You’ll need to correctly install the signature on Apple Mail first to do this.
- Select the entire signature and copy
- Navigate in the iPhone Settings to Mail > Signature and then to the appropriate account text box
- Paste the signature — it will look a bit mangled and unformatted at this time
- Now—as crazy as this sounds; shake your phone. It will act as the normal ‘undo’ feature. A box should pop up saying, ‘Undo Change Attributes’. If you click undo that should complete the installation!
